- For Intel x86 64 bits processors click here (Intel) . Works on macOS 12.7 Monterey or newer, also runs on Apple’s M1..M4 processor by using Rosetta’s translation).

Note: The first time you open GiD, macOS will display a message about opening an application from an unidentified developer. Just dismiss this window and Control+Click ( or Right-Click) the application and select ‘open’. Now the window will show an ‘Open’ button to launch GiD.
Note Sequoia (macos 15): on ‘Apple can’t check app for malicious software‘ message, go to Apple menu –> System Settings, then click Privacy & Security in the sidebar; go to Security, scroll down until you find GiD 17.x.x and click Open Anyway. (from here).
